Perspective home buyers have a lot of decisions to make.  As the below graph indicates, there are certain things that buyers do not compromise on. You notice towards the top of this list such items as home size, location, and amenities people are willing to adjust their preferences.


According to the National Association of Realtors, buyers will not normally compromise on quality schools and distance from the home to their schools. It is a clear indicator what is the highest priority of most buyers.  It also reminds sellers of how important close proximity to great schools will add value to your home.
