Countywide home prices are up about 18% from February of 2012. We are still about 30% below home prices when they peaked at $517,500.00 in November 2005.
As home prices continue to raise it will likely free up more people to sell their homes which were previously under water. I don't believe pricing will start to level out until more home inventory hits the market.
